Project Estimating

We provide full Project Estimating and assist clients in developing project budgets.
We utilize the best "Value Engineering" in ensuring maximum values on capital spend. Ongoing Cost Reports & Projections are provided to clients to meet requirements.

 

Project Design

Ace Control Systems have a full in-house design capability available to Clients. We provide Detailed Design interpreting the client requirements to achieve the optimum BMS Control and Energy Solutions.

 

Design capabilities include:

• I/O Points Schedule
• Functional Design Specifications
• System Architecture and Site Wiring Requirements
• System Schematics, Panel Layout Drawings & Schematic Wiring   Diagrams
• QC / QA Protocol Documentation & Validation Protocols
• BMS Strategy and Dynamic Graphic Display Screen Programming

Project Execution

All projects are under the direct responsibility of a Company Director as Project Sponsor.

• We manufacture MCC & BMS control panels in house
• We stock a full range of motorised control valves and field control
  instrumentation
• Our commissioning staff comprise of a fully trained team of 20 engineers
• Training and on-site demonstration is provided upon project completion
